Director’s Message

 

Dear Members and Friends,


I think we are all in complete agreement when I say that our 6th Malaysian National HOG Rally 2009 has been a great and wonderful event on the Chapter’s riding calendar. This milestone has been achieved with the invaluable assistance given by the Sabah Government Ministries and their agencies.


Sabah again has not disappointed us. We were treated to another great rally this year - it just got better. Sipadan was a total experience for most of our participants. But every where we have been, from Tawau thru Lahad Datu to Kota Kinabalu, we have been received with such hospitality and warmth from the Sabahans and the memories that we shall take back with us to our respective countries shall be not only of the beauty of Sabah, but also its great people!


Our deepest appreciation and thanks must also be conveyed to Dato' Seri Tengku Zainal Adlin, the man who brought Sabah to us in 2008. His passion and love for his beautiful state of Sabah was what drove us to come back to Sabah this year.


Last but not least our thanks must be to all our participants here for this rally - its all of you that made this rally such a success. Thank you all!


Next year we shall revive our SEA HOG Rally in cooperation with Singapore, Thailand, Brunei, Indonesia and Malaysia riding the Peninsular. Tentative dates are sometime in June 2010, further details are to follow once finalized with the Joint Committee of these chapters.
